Board cards that show a sequence's page target

On the Board, a card now says what a sequence was aiming for, not only what is written: a target of 6.5 pages, even before a page of screenplay exists.

The same release made three unrelated panels quieter. Text fields used to grow to 300 pixels before they scrolled; they now stop at 160. Connections dropped an icon in favour of the words "3 links". The filter button stopped shouting.
